Although we are physically separated, we can still join together in prayer. The Spiritual Communion and Centennial Prayer are prayed at every daily and Sunday Mass. To download and print a copy for use at home, please click here: Spiritual Communion and Centennial Prayers
Spiritual Communion Prayer
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you as if you were already there
And unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
Loving and embracing God, we give thanks for those who have gone before us in our community.
We give thanks for who we are and lovingly look to the future as a family of God.
Continue to bless this community with the Gospel of life, and actions which mirror our beliefs.
May we continue to be a beacon of hope in a sometimes very dark world.
Let us be the needed light for our community and those who visit us.
We ask this through Jesus, the Christ.
