Ladies Sodality

Ladies Sodality

Saint Paul’s Ladies Sodality invites all women of the parish who are 18 years of age and older to join us in devotion, reverence, and love as we aim to walk in the example of the Blessed Virginia Mary. Recognizable in our “Mary Blue” aprons, we regularly sponsor and complete various projects to fund the diverse needs of our parish and community. During the last one hundred years, the Sodality has made financial contributions to help fund the rose stained-glass window above our church altar, the restoration of entry doors to church, annual Youth Scholarships, the Second Century Capital Campaign, and gifts to Confirmands. As our annual ‘gift’ to the Parish, we staff/sponsor the Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper where the meal is free to all in attendance. Sodality membership is just $25.00 per year. We meet once a month, typically on the third Sunday of the month after the 11am Liturgy. Light refreshments are provided. At our meetings, we discuss how we can honor our Blessed Mother throughout the year, as well as projects old and new. We would love your ideas!

In the words of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, ‘Love ought to manifest itself in deeds rather than in words.’ We invite you to join us as we strive to do so—and are blessed by the gifts of collaboration, joy, and friendship.
