Ministry: Hawkins Adult Home
The Hawkins Adult Home, is a home for 17 adult men and is located on Chamberlayne Avenue. The Hawkins Adult Home provides a safe environment for these men who have life challenges. St Paul’s Social Justice Committee sponsors a monthly bingo game for the residents. The residents really enjoy their break from boredom.
Volunteers are needed to assist residents who are not able to play their cards accurately and also to assist with prize selection.
Time Commitment: Usually less than 1.5 hours on whatever night of the month is selected.
